Collaboration Agreement Form
This Agreement is entered into between Blossom House (“Venue”) and the undersigned individual or business (“Collaborator”). The Venue may be used for collaboration-based activities including content creation, styled shoots, workshops, pop-ups, or brand partnerships. Collaborations fall into two categories: Option A: Non-Revenue Collaboration and Option B: Revenue-Generating Event.
Pricing Structure & Use Options
Option A: Non-Revenue Collaboration
Applies only when no money is collected by the Collaborator in any form. Includes no admission fees, ticket sales, vendor fees, per-person charges, or compensation tied to attendance.
Weekday (Mon–Thu): $100 Weekend (Fri–Sun): $150
Option B: Revenue-Generating Event
If the Collaborator charges attendees, vendors, participants, or receives monetary compensation of any kind, the event is classified as a Revenue-Generating Event and must be booked at the standard venue rate of $165 per hour or an approved event package. Failure to disclose paid admission may result in termination and billing at the standard rate.
No Sub-Leasing or Unauthorized Use
The venue may not be sub-leased, resold, or re-booked to any other individual, vendor, or business. Only approved Collaborator(s) listed in this Agreement may use the space. If unauthorized use occurs, Blossom House reserves the right to charge the full standard venue rate of $165 per hour for the entire duration of use, in addition to any applicable fees.
Promotion & Marketing
Collaborator is responsible for all promotion and marketing. Blossom House will share one approved post or reel as support but is not responsible for attendance or sales.
Cleaning & Condition of Space
The venue must be left clean and in the same condition as received. Additional cleaning or damages may result in extra charges.
Insurance Requirement
Collaborator must provide proof of general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000, naming Blossom House as Additional Insured, prior to access being granted.
Damage & Liability
Collaborator assumes full responsibility for any damage caused during the rental period. Blossom House is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Indemnification
Collaborator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blossom House, its owners, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from use of the venue.
